I wouldn't worry about a tiny amount of blood.
Being on pred, we all know how strong food cravings and hunger can get, but be careful what you eat. Stay away from processed food/drinks and all sugar products. Also, try eating sourdough bread, it's easier on the tummy than other grains. Are you taking a probiotic? A good multi probiotic like Garden of Life Primal Defense helps a lot too.
If you combine a natural diet with your meds and even throw in a probiotic, it should help even more with your symptoms.
