I take an Iron supplement from the Vitamin Shoppe. It has Iron 28 mg as "ferrous fumarate, Ferrochel amino acid chelate, gluconate, aspartate, ascorbate, citrate, histinate, ketoglutarate, malate, succinate). I have no idea what all that means. It also has Vitamin C 75 mg, Folic Acid 200 mcg, Vitamin B12 12 mcg, and Copper 1.5 mg. I've been taking iron for years and tolerate this one better than any other I've tried. (It also doesn't have as much iron in it, which is probably why I tolerate it so well).
