kind of I dont know... weird question

 ooooooooo yeah not sure how to put this so I will just come out with it.

I have this little spot, like a skin tag or pimple that keeps coming back.....    Okay I have two...  One on my butt and the other on my who-who...........     They bleed a lot....    When I wipe sometimes the skin peels off and it really bleeds bad....

Could this be Chrons related?   I HOPE it is not an STD, nono I am just not sure what to think.  

I googled fistulas online....    I guess it sorta looks like that.     

What does a fistual look like exactly...   Can anybody out there give me a description of what the start of  one might look like????

A fistula looks like a hole and usually will have pus coming out of it. I was able to keep mine clean so most of the time it was literally just a black hole about .. as big as those two periods. No blood by the way. I don't know if they look different otherwise though. I don't really have much experience besides that one.

Curly--yes, this could be from fitula, peri anal or perivaginal activity. Good idea to have doc take a look to make sure not STD but most likely crohns. I have a lot of what you describe. They come and go.

could be one. grows over rubs off starts to bleed or leak, then dries up recovers and then starts again

They could be little abcesses, I'd be getting those checked out right away though.
