Am I having a Chron Flare up

Hello,

I need your help, I have had Crohn's for approx. 14 years, however, I have been lucky in terms of never being hospitalized.  I currently am taking Pentasa and Imuran.  Last week I broke out with red hard bumps on my stomach.  Shortly after I had severe ab pain, D, vomiting.  I have since stopped vomiting however I can't seem to get off the couch, I'm tired and have no energy.  I still have D every time I eat along with pain in my right side.  I think this is a flare up what do you think?

Im not sure about the red bumps, but everything else sounds like it very well could be a flare up.  The vomiting might mean theres a blockage.  Id say to call your doctor, or if it seems to be getting worse rapidly, Id go to the ER...If it is a flare up they will be able to give you some IV steriods, and some pain medication.  I hope everything works out, goodluck!
