Tired and groggy still. I feel as if I've been drugged.
Kudos to me because I dragged myself out of the house and had morning tea with some ladies from church. Now I MUST get the house under control, because any mobility after today is a bonus and completely unexpected.
* catch up on dishes
* get the house tidy (yes, it's still messy)
* take out the rubbish and recycling
* do as much dusting and de-cobwebbing as I can
* 10 minutes exercise (even if I do it in two minute blocks) and one x stretching
Bonus points if I vacuum a floor.
