Please, please help me figure out what is going on

I am hoping that one of you has had this combo of symptoms and can tell me what you did about them...I am miserable and I need some feedback...please :-(

about 1 week ago I finsihed a 10 day course of cipro for a UTI. I just had my follow-up urine culture and it showed everything is fine...

For almost a week now, I have had a feeling of pressure on my bladder and pressure in my rectum. The whole area feels "full" and uncomfortable.

I continue to have symptoms of a UTI - I constantly feel like I have to pee and not a lot comes out when I do urinate. But almost every time I sit on the toliet, I start spasming and have D. Big, uncontrollable spasms...feels like my head will explode - type spasms. It almost feels like my butt, bladder and vag are going to explode and become one big hole...(sorry for the visual)

My poop is mostly liquid at this point and seems to have a lot of mucus in it - looks like an oil slick in the toliet (sorry again for being so graphic).

If I try and pass gas without being in the bathroom, I end up pooping my pants - lovely.

Other symptoms - tired, tired, tired. I have also been running a temp in the 99.2-99.8 range - which is high for me - I NEVER run fevers over 100.

You can see the meds I take below - they only new one (about 3 months ago) is Imuran. Doc has checked my blood and everything looks good.

He told me to head to the gynecologist tomorrow.

ANY thoughts would be sooooo appreciated - thank you so much for reading this.

If I were in your shoes, the only thing I can think of would be to have a scan (CT or MRI) to check for any possible abscesses or fistulas. The pain part is what worries me more than the D... and if the abscess is bumping up against your bladder that might explain the UTI symptoms continuing despite being treated...

Kidney stones are a possibility too, like LMills said. Also maybe gallstones? I'm not sure how they find those, though...

I wish I had an "AH-HAH" type of answer, sorry. I really would get a scan of some kind though.

Thank you for all of your responses. I thought about kidney stones, but aren't they brutally painful? I am feeling tons of pressure, but not intense pain. Also, if I had an abscess or fistula, wouldn't there be an infection that my doc would be able to see in my urine?

Anyone else out there have this horrible pressure?

Maybe it is a C. diff infection: they often follow a course of antibiotics. A nurse told me the telltale sign of this infection is a stool that looks something like beef consomme. :/ Low-grade fever and diarrhea are also consistent as far as I know. Ask your doc to get a lab test if he doesn't suggest it first. I hope you get some relief soon.

Edit: this site says Cipro is occasionally associated with C. diff infections.

A couple of guesses - the antibiotics that showed a clear culture yet left you with continuing urgency suggests urethritis - inflammation caused by the Crohn's inflammation. The continuing D and fullness in the area as well as the fatigue and fever could all be from a flare. Antibiotics often kill off the beneficial bacteria - the ones that help control inflammation and leave the ones that cause trouble. For the spasming, the only thing that I know that might help is turmeric - but it won't work as well if it is just shooting through the gut and you will have hot poo if it is not in the gut for at least 12 hours. You could try probiotics for a few days followed by bee propolis. If you can get the D under control, definitely try the turmeric. It should help the urethritis as well as the spasms.
