I like it, although I don't know how easy it would be to clean in between the bowl and the back.

It does look good, but as pb4 said, it would be hard to clean the space at the back. especially as males in my house think close enough is good enough :)

I think the waste goes down into the ground sewer pipes like with any other toilet.
