bee propolis (natural anti-inflammatory)
omegas 3-6-9
probitoc (primadophilus reuteri made by natures way)
vitamin C-calcium asorbate
vitamin A
vitamin B12
fibre supplement as recommended by my GI
chamomile tea
all daily and indefinitely and I've gone from having 30+ bm's/day to 5, all formed stools, no bleeding, no excess mucus, no more lower back pain.
I've also altered my diet cutting out animal fats, caffeine, refined sugar, processed foods/beverages, fast foods and exercise regularly.
