Heading to the ER again!(home today!!)

I hope you're doing all right. I'm glad you had the sense to go in when you needed to.

 I'm home from the hospital and feeling better.  I've been on ampicillan, flagyl, solumedrol, pentasa, cymbalta, klonopin, pamine, zofran, and diladid.  Big enough cocktail don't you think!  I did get some good news from the colonoscopy, the cimzia IS still working.  My colon at the sigmoid was very inflamed, and they still don't know why.  That's where all the pain was coming from.  They said my intestines had seized up and that was dangerous.  Has anyone else out there had their intestines just quit working?  There was no active crohn's per se, and no strictures!Yah!  I'm getting my next dose of cimzia today.  The medicines I 'm on now are cimzia,cymbalta, phenergan, pentasa, lortab, klonopin, and nystatin(I got thrush from all the meds!!)  Thank you everyone for your thoughts and prayers.  It's nice to know there are people who know how you suffer and understand the ins and outs of our disease!!

Yeah Kimmy glad to hear your home and on the mend. Boy they sure did give you alot of meds. But hey if they get you feeling better we can't compain. If you don't mind me asking, how do you like the Cymbalta? My daughter is looking into that med and I was wondering if you had any side effects from it? Take care of yourself.
