What is going on with my rectoum? Please help

I have had crohns for 20...yrs. Lately, My butt feels like it is on fire when I bathe, use the bathroom especially wipe. I looked and all I see is something like a skin tag- but that is not exactly where I feel the stinging (severe) Makes me want to jump away from the washcloth, toilet tissue. Does anyone know what may bwe going on? Has anyone else experienced this?

It could be a couple different things, but it really is time to go see a doc. Granted it could be just a hemmie, but with this disease we have to think about a lot of other things...

Hi You could need some sort of cream or protection if your skin is getting senitive I think you might want to ask your DR. too .Keep us updated. lol gail

Sounds a little like fissures besides the bump (skin tag) that you see, I have multiple and large skin tags but they didn't/don't feel like what you're describing except when I have fissures as well...until you're able to see your doc, do sitz bathes with epsom salts and pat dry, then gently rub some extra virgine olive oil on the area.

This would be your anus that you are having issues with, your rectom is the area just inside the anus, then your colon, ect.
