any ideas for using up kiwifruit while on a liquid diet?

I have a lot of kiwifruit in my fruit bowl and they're going to go off while I'm on this liquid diet, if I can't work out a way to use them.

I looked up kiwi smoothies online and they said you had to be careful pureeing them with milk, because the enzymes make the whole mixture taste off very quickly. I think they'd be too strong pureed straight.

I'm trying to avoid sugar, so am reluctant to puree them with lemonade etc.

Any ideas?

You're right about the ice. Perhaps I'll just puree them with a bit of water and then freeze them as icy poles.
