So I started the south beach diet two months ago and have lost 21 pounds. I find that it's not a diet but a new way of making choices. Although, I can't have dairy, nuts and a few other things. I am full and my colon symptoms have subsided quite a bit. However, other manefestations of Crohn's are there. Meaning I'm flaring, just not through the colon. Anyone else ever tried this. I feel good eating healthy choices. No white sugars, basically and combining the right foods. Your thoughts are appreciated.
Humira, Nexium, Cymbalta, Asacal, Probiotics, Folic Acid and probably others I'm missing. LOL
Crohn's 6 years, at least that's when I was diagnosed.
