He sounded like his normal happy self.

Waaaa,,Whoooo me??? I'm still alive,, lets see,,,pulse,,, check, breathing,,,check ,,,sore a-- well, check. Thanks for thinking of me. Iv'e been spreading myself thin, burning the candle at both ends sorta. Helping a friend repair his flood damaged house so they can move back in. My old body is telling me my joints arn't worth a darn anymore too. We are about the same age so hes hurting too and this keeps me from overdoing. Its an interesting situation. BYOTP,,bring your own toilet paper. We hope to be on top of that situation by next weekend though. He is having the house raised 8 ft higher and this will mean lots more stair climbing if we are not done when it goes up so we drive at least 3 nails before taking a break now. I showed him how to cope the base board corners this weekend and he is getting to be a pro at it, so I told his wife she cant say he doesnt cope anymore. Proved he can cope. So other than being up to my whatsit in alligators I am just a little short of time for now but I still read so I want get too far behind. Oh so glad your pounding in nails but missing the pounding of the vocals as laughter is good medicine. As long as we know your well let the roofing begin or at least end somewhere. I see he knows why we miss him. Some of us are the only females I know of who laugh at our A------, and I don't mean our husbands. I came in on this dog and pony show about the time Sniper grabbed his woman and ran inland for the second time this year. I logged on every day to see if he decided to go back home. It was kinda a soap opera, like Dark Shadows meets Scobby Doo meets Hank Hill or something. It must have been a nightmare for them, but he left me in stitches. Gachrons,,,a steady hand , a strong stomach, and try not to fart. Good instructions for how to wipe. Actually I try to time passing gas with the air compressor kicking on ,or I go out to my truck for an unneeded tool. I could stink my friend out of the house but would not do such a thing with his wife present so I have to use all my wit,,,if she smells something,, I blame the cat..

Ha! Good one, Sniper. I can't get away with blaming the dog now. My daughter knows the wonderful smell of the gas I pass. hehe I go "smoke a cigarette" but check for neighbors nearby first since the houses are so close. Pants check? Yep, I'm good... head back inside.

I went out today and bought a snowthrower. So if you were standing still I could easily turn you into a snowman, believe me I was covered in it and did look like a snow woman.It's a little electric one and a storm warning on the way.Hope the wind is down some so I can keep it from blowing all over me talk about a snow woman ,but the job is done till midnight. lol gail

Well it got deeper about 14 inches and I was a little worried about the dog poo but not to worry I ended having to get plowed it would have taken me a week to move that load. Best of luck with your toilet fixing and hope it works out for you. lol gail

Hi No I'am up here in Canada, Nova Scotia.We had a good winter last year and your right it makes for a long winter. This is my first snow blower and with my hernia I coudn't move a foot of it so really a need necessary. 30cm last night and power out again but thank goodness not for 14 hours. Seems you guys in the States are getting more snow now. Tired to make a snowman out of Sniper but I guess it's not a happening thing. lol gail
