I just got an unexplained large refund from my GI. Turns out it was for a colonoscopy from over two years ago. I didn't know they had a satisfaction or your money back guarantee for those. :)

LOL that was a good one. I sure could use a few refunds for some of my bad c scopes.

I'm still shocked. I never would have known they owed me the money. They figured it out because they changed billing systems. Merry Christmas to me!
Plus, that was the scope where they didn't even find inflammation w/ a biopsy, so I was a satisfied patient.

I got a refund last month on a SBFT that I had in Sept '07. Not sure why it took them over a year to figure out that they owed me money, but I was glad to get the check when I did!
