Hope none of you have been hit by the flu bug!

I just did today, and I even got a shot in November (I'm in IL by the way, seems like it's spreading here pretty quickly)
Fortunately my next Humira injection isn't for another week.

Anyone else get it yet? Any suggestions to deal? Haven't had the flu bug in years...

I had a bad case of bronchitis in December. Six weeks later and I am just beginning to feel normal. Make sure to drink plenty of fluids, use acetaminophen to treat fever and headaches, and rest as much as possible. If you develop shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, sudden dizziness, confusion, or severe or persistent vomiting, seek medical attention right away. Those symtoms can be signs of complications of influenza.

Also, if you get a productive cough and the sputum gets yellow or green, you need to see a doctor. Green sputum is very often a sign of a bacteria infection.

I got symptoms of a cold about 4 nights ago just before going to bed so the next day I was out and grabbed some cold FX, the 3 day pack and it's worked pretty good, I'm still a bit mucousy, but it kicked the sore throat and dizzy head right out.
