How long to wait for surgery?

Thought this question was asked awhile back but can't find it. Just curious to know how long people wait for elective surgery once the decision is made?

I am waiting a total of 2.5 weeks the sooner the better. Cant wait to feel better!

For me it was a couple of weeks once I found my surgeon.
Just make sure you are comfortable with your surgeon.
