Chest Pain

Hi, I have a wee flare up this week ........ been good for 2yrs since I started Remicade, but was very late for trt last month due to other infections anyhoo ...I just wonder about the pains ......... the Crohns is in the last ft of my ilieum and am having the usual chronic pain ... but also feel it really sore up in my rib cage even my chest .... especially if I exhert myself (like playing rope with the dog... I know .... stop playing with the dog lol) is this quite normal ?... or maybe not a flare up and I pulled muscle somewhere ?... though I'm pretty sure its Crohns related!! I think I recall it being high before .. but not quite across the chest

Thanks Nanners, never had joint pain with a flare up ... must be tiring, you poor thing . I always had the rib pain ...but this chest thing was new ... its just when I use my right arm strenuously! and I mean like making the bed lol
