unexplained bruises

hey i was just wondering if anyone else has experienced unexplained bruising? i keep having bruises show up out of nowhere only on my shins from time to time. and i haven't been knocking into anything. they show up in the same spots too. does anyone know what can cause this?

If yoru bruises are large and deep purple then please please get a cbc. Not trying to add to any stress, but my mother had leukemia and bruised huge deep dark bruises from just tapping against somehting,

I get them too, I think I can call them unexplained because I don't pay enough attention if I bang into something but then notice this horrible looking bruise a day later...as I was just at another post on the board here and was explaining that rubbing extra virgin olive oil on bruises heals them quickly, try it and see.
