The colonoscope can peek into the last few inches of the small bowel, known as the terminal ileum, which is one of the most common
locations for Crohns inflammation. You really need more information on the biopsies -- if they showed deep inflammation in the bowel wall and/or granulomas, that would point very strongly to a CD diagnosis. As for future tests, the small bowel follow through (Xrays after drinking barium) and the pill camera are the two best ways to look at the entire small bowel. Neither are highly invasive or painful, nor do they require the extensive prep needed for the colonoscopy. You might request a copy of the pathology report from your scope biopsies and post the pertinent passages here, to which I am sure you would get ample responses.
