My doctor started me on 100mg Imuran but the first week i only took 50mg and done ok a little fatigue but now i moved it up to 100mg and wow Im not sleeping good all my joints hurt. It is horrible. any suggestions? Thank You. Barb

You might want to talk to your doctor about how you are feeling. It might be better to go back down to the 50 mg. Good luck!
