On Fitzy's post you talked again about
Vitamin D deficiency and how it can help with her fatigue etc. But you also mentioned folks who have had resections may have problems absorbing it. My question is, what do people who have had 1 or more resections do in order to absorb more Vitamin D?
I live in Southern California, so I know I get at least 15 minutes of day of sunlight and I take a calcium supplement with Vitamin D daily.
