I am in the middle of completing my Long Term Disability paperwork for my job. It ask that I explain and describe my illnesses. It states that this is the most important part of the paperwork. Woulld anyone like to give me ideas on how to write this to make it sound as bad as it is

A painful and debilitating illness that prevents many normal, every day functions e.g. eating, walking, adequate time to be awake, etc. due to excessive cramping, bowel movements, blood loss, inability to eat, among other symptoms as well as side effects from being required to take several different kinds of medication in order to reach even that level of functioning.
It's the best I could come up with in 30 seconds...I'm sure others will be along to help you.
