Humia and constant hives possibly not working? Anyone know what's next in drugs?

I am currently on Humira and fear it's not working. I have constant itching and hives and my crohn's is in full flare. Anyone know if there's something else looming on the horizon?

Nanners, No I haven't. I am going to make an appointment to discuss it this week. Thanks for the info. Methotrexate made me very ill, but Cimzia is new to me.
