what next?

So I was dx last month with crohn's, and a severly strictured illium. Today I had a double scope, the gi doc said she didn't see anything and she doesn't know what is wrong now! I am not sure how to take this, I am still in severe pain and having all of the symptoms that I had at the time of dx. Any advice? I can't handle this rollercoaster!

Have they done any biopsies when they did your scope? Have you been on any medications since your first scope? That could be why your guts look better. But you might want to ask for a pillcam, that is the best test to diagnose Crohns. Good luck!
