Swollen liver can be a result of Crohn's. If so, the Remicade should help reduce it. If it does not do so, you need to find out what is causing it. It may take several weeks before the Remicade has its full effect.
The sores are another question. A lot depends on what they look like. Are they open? Are they pimples or are they ulcers? Are they a rash or raised bumps? Do they itch or hurt?
For a closed sore, you can try a saturated solution of potassium chloride (SSKI) - it would help an open sore too, but it would sting like the dickens. If you don't have that at hand (it might be possible to get it at the drug store - ask the pharmacist), you could try plain white vinegar.
A fairly painless thing to try on an open sore is distilled witch hazel (available in local pharmacies here). If you don't get help from that, you could try 20 drops of SSKI in an ounce of olive oil. It does not hurt as much as the straight solution and works on a number of problems.
