yogurt maker dimmer switch

where do i get the dimmer switch for the yougurt maker if it overheats

Got me! If you have a light switch that controls a plug, you could replace the light switch with a dimmer and plug you yogurt maker into the plug that it controls.

I made one myself. Very easy. Sorry that it's over at the other house right now, but I'll try to grab it later and post a photo.

dinkydee, I got mine at home depot. It looks just like an extension cord--in fact it is one, sort of. It just has an extra little box on it that allows you to reduce the power to whatever you have plugged into it. Go to the lighting section at any major hardware store. They should have 'em! Hope that helps!
