Does anyone ever feel normal with no cramps or anything like that? I have cramps and the desire to have a BM, but I am SO constipated....the only time I can go is if I take something. Could something be wrong? am I just paranoid?

It could be that you have a narrow area in there. Have you had a colonoscopy or a small bowel follow thru lately? These would help to see if you have a stricture or not. For the constipation, which I also suffer with, I use stool softners every night to keep things softer and easier to pass. If I didn't use them nightly I would be in a world of hurt the next day. Hope that helps.
