I have had some nasty problems with my left leg and with both knees lately. The knees hurt enough for me to sit back down after trying to stand and make stairs near impossible (most humid summer ever here). I get that these are likely RA, but I also have some sharp pain in the back of my left leg. It feels like I tore something is the best descript
ion. The leg pain is not constant, but I lose all strength in my leg when it hits (almost did a header down my stairs yesterday...Habs is not a Bumble and I don't bounce!). I have had bouts of tears it hurts that much. Simple walking hurts, stairs are excruciating.
The pain is both above and below the knee on the back side of my leg. I eliminated back issues already (have been there and done that -scaitica, disk removal, discs destroyed, no fixation-so I know what that feels like). I know I did a little too much dancing about a month ago on a hard surface, but the pain started before that. So is this part of neuropathy? Is this a side effect of the joint issues? Is my body just falling apart since I am in early 40s? Dancing is one of the few things that makes me totally happy...I want to dance at several parties that are coming up and a family wedding. Any help???
