I quit eating red meat a long time ago just because I know it's a little harder to digest than other meats but this weekend I broke down and ate a steak and have now had red meat 3 times since and my energy is THROUGH THE ROOF!!! Maybe I'm just excited to have rediscovered something delicious. No reason to believe I was malnourished before but I do workout a whole lot.
Just thought this was odd and worth mentioning..
