What kind of keifer are you talking about? Coconut kefir? Yogurt? Fermented veggies? I just invested in my very first yogurt maker and am excited at the prospect of having my daughter eat something so healthy and full of probiotic goodness. I have tried making coconut kefir in the past...lots of work, special ordering young green coconuts, smashing them, draining them, fermenting the liquid, etc. Great stuff apparently, but nobody could get past the sour taste of it.
