Crohn's flare after flu shot??

I just read that the H1N1 is going to be two shots as our bodies need to build up to it.
I've never had any problems from getting the Flu shot and I've been getting it for years. Are we Crohn's patients going to be able to get the H1N1 shot? I heard women and small children get it after all the medical workers folled by the old people and then people with Chronic illness. Are we Chronic?

They thought at first it was going to have to be two shots, but now they have found that 1 shot is sufficient. And yes we are considered as having a chronic illness. I will get the shot when available.

In response to H1N1 being too new...the regular flu shot is made new every year with changes made based on the strains out there.  H1N1 is made the same way.

..I am getting the pnuemovax....as well as the H1N1.......i get flu shot every year .........LYN

....they are going to give flu shots and the H1N1 those that request / or parents request to have them vaccinated at CAITS highschool.......

I won't get the flu shot. I wonder if it was childhood vaccines that triggered my crohn's later in life
I found that when I get the flu it seems to put it in remission. Sometimes for a short
time, sometimes a long time depends how active my crohn's is. Anybody else experience
this? It seems like it resets your immune system

I received the regular flu shot and the H1N1 this year for the first time ever....and I'm already in a flare so it's hard to tell but this week I've one of the worst episodes ever after the shots!

And yes we are chronic! I just walked into the Kaiser flu clinic in CA and they kept telling me I def needed both even though I just wanted the H1N1 and then the nurse gave me the wrong one so she called me back to get the H1N1!!!
