Well, after being frustrated over my lack of access to my current GI, I decided to try another one. It's a woman and I hope she will listen and take an interest in my case. While I was relieved to finally get a diagnosis earlier this year and the doctor was very attentive before the colonoscopy, aftercare consisted of phone calls to the nurse and they wouldn't ever see me. I have had relentless fatigue, a positive test for Crohn's and other symptoms of Crohn's. While I don't care if I have Crohn's or not, I at least want a doc who will be responsive to my health care needs. It's what we all want, right? I'll keep you posted on what she says. I am very interested in her opinion about the prometheus lab test.
