i go for my c scope soon and not only am i scared about that i am thinking what if the new gi doc dosnt agree with my dx because when i was dx it took a long time and wrong dx and such i was put under for the one there found that  it was chorns and im not being put under just the awake med one oh i dont know i have been sick for along time and when i was dx i was relived some what cause gee now if all makes since why all is happeing if they take that alway from me i dont know what i will do not saying i want this dis but it least its a dx

Hving the porper diagnosis is of the utmost importance. This allows your doctor(s) to knwo how to treat you and gives them a few paths to take versus shooting in the dark.

Your question about what if the dr doesnt agree with you last one. At ths point don't worry about it. At least not until the procedure is done and the results are in. Stressing yourself about it can, in some cases, make your bowels worse.

I agree with corpman and just fyi people usually go thru a couple GI's before they find one they like. I actually went to 2 before I had a dx.

I got sick when I was 15.  I am now 36, have had at least 6 different GI's and to date I still don't know what I have.  I have been told UC, CD, and IBD. From all the research I have done, I am convinced I have Crohn's.  No doctor has said definetely thought that it is indeed Crohn's.  I have even had the Prometheus test done, twice, and it is inconclusive.

It is weird in this day and age with science as advanced as it is that it is still hard for doctors to diagnose IBD.

My whole point is don't worry or let it get you down.  There is a big difference between Crohn's and Colitis so at least they can hopefully tell between the two there.  If not, there are some drugs that are used for both so hopefully they can help you also.
