In pain badly after swine flu jab?

Been nauseas on off since my swine flu jab, last couple of days these phases of nausea have also been accompanied by mild cramps. Nothing I couldn't handle and it was more off than on. Today I started vomiting and now I can't sleep as the cramps are so painful. I'm phoning the doctors first thing in the morning. I have a supply of tramadol left over from my last flare but don't know if I should take it before I see a doc. I really hope these are just nasty side effects and I'm not flaring. I want to sleep but I can't stop crying and whenever I lie down it hurts. I am definitely not getting the second shot if this is what it does to me. I don't want to completely point the finger at the shot but it seems like too much of a coincedence.
Sorry this is a pointless post. Just its late and I'm feeling really a bit sorry for myself and theres no one I can really bother at this time. Has anyone heard of anyone getting like this after the swine flu jab? I had Pandemrix. I so hope its that thats causing this and it'll go away soon and its not Crohns.

Saw doc yesterday and after a day on tramadol and antisickness pills feeling much better but still in some pain. They're pretty certain its not my Crohns as my bloodtest one week ago came back perfect, apparently theres been a lot of reported case about the particular vaccine I had causing a nasty gastro-intestinal response, its listed in the "uncommon" side-effects but with the amount of reports I'm guessing its pretty common. I'm supposed to have a second shot of the vaccine in a couple of weeks but am cancelling that appointment.

Depends which one and they're not recommending everyone to have two doses - apparently one has been proven to be effective but in immunosuppressed people they're recommending two! But the appointments just before my last week of term and I can't afford to write a week off with side-effects. The one I had is Pandemrix which is pre-mixed with an adjuvant, the other one available in the UK is Celvapan which apparently is much safer and less side-effects have been reported but unfortunately I don't think you get a choice here!

So does that mean people with crohn's needs to get 2 shots? I got mine and no one told me i need another but i also got it done at the school. Thanks Barb
