Hard to say since who really knows what your level of pain is. Heat seems to help me. Try to be careful of what you are eating. Some foods raise my pain level above what I can ignore. Don't wear tight clothing. I have certain pants that are big for when my gut swells up. Sitting in the car I open my pants to take ALL pressure off of me. I sometimes forget to close my pants when I get to where I am going. It is hard to act non-chalant when you are zipping up, snapping the button and fastening your belt as you are walking into Walmart lol. I do a kind of meditation also. Especially when driving and need a bathroom I can get kind of detached but still drive safely.. I learned this on Vulcan. Good luck
