Spots on neck and chest?

For about a month now I've noticed dark brown, flat spots appearing all over my neck and chest. I was just wondering if anyone else has had this happen, or if it even is a side effect of my Crohn's/Crohn's meds.
I do have some erythema nodosum all over my body as well, but these don't look the same.
I'm taking 4g pentasa/day, 9mg entocort/day and 150 mg azathioprine/day.

I have the same thing , my doctor did a bloodtest since I am on , humira and 6mp but I stopped using the 6mp and my liver enzymes were really high 0-50 and I was at 150 he said it's nothing to worry about LOL . So now I'm just taking humira and still have these spots . Idk I feel good so I'm not worrying about it
