I'm curious about
what type of a doctor treats most of us for our Crohns. My general physician did all the initial tests ... had me see a rheumatologist ... he in turn pointed me in the direction of the gastrointerologist. So, my GI treats me for my Crohns.
But here's why I ask. The other day - because of on-going back pain - I saw a new chiropractor. He claims that we don't get Crohns ... and that if he treats my "whole-being", we can work on all my problems. I like the sounds of adding alternative health-care methods to my regime. But when these practitioners talk, it sorta sounds like hocus-pocus. How can a tug of my leg, or a thump on my back, "cure" my Crohns?
