granular mucus

Could you possibly be flaring or starting to flare? I have never heard of the grandular mucous before especially after sex. I think I would contact your doctor. I hope you will also get on meds asap, my personal opinion is that maintainence meds should be required all the time. I went med free once and it ended very ugly with an emergency resection due to complete obstruction. While you are busy getting on with your life, the Crohns is always still in there doing its damage on a microscopic level. Good luck!!
