There is another recall of Tylenol. This time it is more than just the Arthritis.

I've seen 'bump' here a few times what does it mean?

Bump is a way to move a thread to the top of the page. People use it for subjects that are important or if they feel people might not have seen the subject when first posted. Besides "bump" you will also see "TTT" used. TTT means "to the top."
