I've learned here that (maybe) yeast is not good for a Chronie. I may cause bacterial overgrowth? Is it right?
In the other hand, white breads is recommended as an easy digestion, non residue food.
Its hard to say if it "agree" with me... after all, if it DO cause bacterial overgrowth it would take some days to apear, didn't it? It could compromise my "test".
At last, but not the least, if live yeast DIE at 140ºF, how does it possibly cause bacterial overgrowth??
And chemical ferments? Are they evil like voldermort too?
too many questions... Sometimes I think it would be easier to get a Phd degree!
Please.. any thoughts welcome.
