Does anyone else have an Malabsorption/absorption problems? I am starting to really worry about my weight and do not know what to do. I feel good, not sick, have regular solid bowel movements a couple times a day, have a healthy appitite (eat about 3000+ calories a day, this includes protein shakes), and even exercise a few times a week, but i still cant add any of the weight back that i have lost. I use to weigh 175lbs, and now I am 5'11" 145lbs and just cant gain any of it back and i am starrting to believe i have an issue with food absorption. Does anyone else have this problem? and are there any natural remidies or vitamins i take to help this? I have been to the doctor's and they just keep telling me that if i feel good to not worry about it, the weight will eventually come back, and there only recommendation is meal replacement shakes and maybe lift some weights.
