Am I going back to the hospital?

2 weeks ago, I was getting heavy cramps and stomach pains . I thought it was normal constipation or something, but I it got so bad I went to the hospital. They told me I had a very small "Abscess" (Fluid build up) in my lower abdominal area. This is the 2nd time I had an Abscess. The first time (5 years ago) I had to get it drained. This time, they just gave me anti-biotics and told me it should go away. So they gave me anti-biotics in the hospital through IVs and the pain went away. Well i felt great for a week, and now I'm getting cramps again, and the area of the Abscess(That they think is gone now) is tender right now. I've been taking levaquin and this other kind of anti-biotic after I left the hospital.


I have a doctor's appointment tomorrow, but I'm worried I'm gonna have to go back to the hospital again... =\ what do you guys think?

Brunell-sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but you will likely be making another trip to the hospital soon. If you are on double antibiotics and your pain is back, you will need to have the abscess drained again. Keep us posted though... Good luck!
