Hi everyone :)

Just wanted to update you all... I've been on Entocort EC for 4 days now and I swear, it's a miracle! My right sided pain is just about completely gone and the bloated feeling I had in the upper right side IS completely gone.. I haven't felt this good in over a YEAR! Also, NO side effects as of yet.. pretty cool considering Pred you feel immediately and it's just so nasty.. lol...

I did have to stay on the Pentasa as well, I stopped taking it for 2 days when I first started the Entocort, but started getting major flaring symptoms on the Left side and in my stomach, so I started the Pentasa again yesterday am and now that is also resolved... wow... Didn't think the Pentasa was helping until I quit taking it... LOL...

Won't do THAT again.... :)

Whoo Hoo!!! Glad to hear your meds are working and you are starting to feel better. Thats such a relief isn't it?

Told you. Entocort is stronger then prednisone 4-fold. but topical vs systematic

Yay! I'm so glad it's working! Gail, I agree it is such a relief when something starts to work! That's the part I worry about most when my hubby gets sick. Is anything going to work this time around?

Hope things continue to improve Susie. I'm glad you're feeling better.

I am so happy its working for you! Its great to hear good things about meds. I too LOVE LOVE my entocort. I was taking Humira alone and was still feeling icky but as I started the entocort, I felt 100% better. I tried tapering, and sure enough symptoms returned. I will be staying on this as long as I can.
