butt a mess

Where do I start....  A few months ago my butt got really raw.  this led to itching which led to trying all kinds of creams to help.  NOW... this has all snow balled into a vaginal yeast infection which again is affecting the entire bottom!  I am in pain... uncomforatble. My Gyn gave me a cream for the yeast infection but it keeps the skin arond my rectum raw.  HELP.... what can I do????

actually, that is my call tomorrow. My GI wants to see me cause I called in such pain from all this but really don't know what he can do until the infection is cleaerd up. I am nervous that because I have a rectal prolapse and it protrudes out, that the yeast will travel. Is that possible.. Thanks
