Does anyone here suffer from stabbing gut pain and nauseau?  Usually I get diarrhea and other symptoms when I flare, but this past week, I have been really sick to my stomach which is unusual for me with Crohn's.  Any thoughts?

Could you just have a stomach bug or something? If it's not part of your usual symptoms I mean... then again this DD is pretty unpredictable! Personally I get stabbing pains and tons of nausea when my disease is active, as primary symptoms (diarrhea is secondary). Hope you feel better soon!!

Whenever I have felt like that I first wonder if I have a bug, but if it continues for a period of time, I start thinking of a stricture. I would bring this to your doctors attention. Hugs!

I think now it WAS a stomach bug.  I am feeling a lot better and my sister is home with stomach problems now...
