Humira - what is it & how is it taken?

Just as the subject title says: can you guys fill me in on Humira?
I am worried I may have to start it, I hate needles and I thought someone - a nurse - told me that Humira was injections? Is this true?
And are the long term possible side effects worse than Remicade?
What are some of the side effects that you can get from it?

My feeling is that if you're handling Rem side-effects, you'll be ok with Humira .

Yes, it's an injection. If you're uncomfortable with needles, you can get a nifty pen that will do the injection for you so you don't have to see the syringe or the needle. Some people who don't like needles get a spouse / parent / SO to do the injection for them; that might help you if you really can't cope with injecting yourself.
