Crohn's Flare?

Have any of you had a crohn's flare with all the blood work looking normal?  I have been having severe D since Tues. and today is Sun. Went to GI on Thurs where blood work was done and stool checked for c-diff. My CRP was normal, platelets normal, the only abnormal value was on my urinalysis where I had some ketones from starting dehyrating. I am not able to eat anything except crackers and maybe grits (just tried). Keeping liquids down but Pedialyte just too sweet and makes me nausea. I have been nauseated other times as well. No vomiting. My stomach hurts off and on (sometimes bad) but not like it usually does during a flare. However, I don't have anything on my stomach that would hurt as when food passes through digestion. The c-diff came back neg. Any other suggestions? I have been lying on the couch all week with no energy to do anything. Plus I keep feeling like I have D even when sometimes nothing comes out.. Basically this feeling is all the time today. I do have mucous in my stool, aches in joints and back, and low-grade fevers. Have also been having night sweats really bad. Told MD this but she seemed not impressed. No xrays have been taken.  Thanks for your help.

Thanks for the replies. Can you believe she called today and wants me to use Imodium AD. Like that will work. I did try it and tried to eat lunch. Guess what?? The big D came and came again. Then her nurse called and told me to get Dannon Active and eat twice daily. I told her that I couldn't even eat rice without going to the bathroom like crazy. I don't think she is taking me seriously. She even said she was going to have me see my regular MD. Now come on, she is the GI specialist. What is my regular Doc going to do? I just don't know what else to do because my regular Md always refers everything to her. Sorry to vent. I will try to get my GI to listen more. Her nurse may not be telling her everything or missing parts of what I say.
