Anybody have suggestions on how to get rid of a bloated feeling, colicky like,
noticed when drink water or pomergrante juice, a little while ago, i am in a flare,
any suggestions.

Laying on your left side helps you get rid of gas, if it's traveled to your colon already. If you feel like it's all sitting in your stomach still, laying on your right side helps empty your stomach....guess you could lay on one side for a while, then the other and see if either side helps you feel better??

I would also ask your doctor about
a possible bacterial overgrowth. Thats the way I feel when I have bacterial overgrowth going on. Easy to treat too.
