Strange pain

For the last 5/6 days each time i do a poo i get this pain. Its at the top of my bikini line but more right hand side, if you get where i mean? Each time i poo the pain gets really sharp but goes off pretty quickly. Rubbing, stretching ect doent make any difference. No blood or mucus but i am having D and am pretty sure something crawled up my bum and died up there cos the smells are HORRIBLE!! I'm feeling good other than that. I'm due Humira jab tomorrow and am seeing my IBD nurse on the 19th. Just wondering if anyone has any idea what it could be?

BTW i have jhad two hernia ops in that area when i was 18 months if that makes any difference!

the smell and pain could be from a c.dif infection. i got one of those when i was in the hospital one of the many times and it was horrible smelling and it makes people have d. ( i couldnt tell if it was my crohns or the infection i have had d. every day for over years.) and it also cramps like crohns.
