any suggestions for foods that are easy to eat and supply a lot of iron?
I was in the ER for a kidney stone the other night and the nurse said my blood count was 9.9 (low is 12 she said)
I am feeling really tired and have some of the other symptons of iron deficiency...weird feeling in extremities etc...am going to call GI tomorrow but want to start eaing a bit better- i know meat is good but red meat and i are not the best of friends these days...
any thoughts?
